Cambridge Computing Education Research Symposium 2020: Submissions

The overarching theme of CCERS 2020 was school-level computing education (either formal or non-formal). Within this theme, we invited abstracts on the following topics:
  • Learning, e.g. attitudes, beliefs, motivations, misconceptions, learning difficulties, student engagement, conceptualisation of computing
  • Teaching, e.g. computing teaching approaches, teaching methods and methodologies, tools and techniques for teaching computing, teacher training
  • Content, e.g. curricula, concepts, misconceptions, objectives and aims, assessment, tools and programming languages
  • Broadening participation, e.g. inclusion and equity, diversity, outreach and engagement with specific student groups, accessibility
  • School level factors, e.g. implementation of computing education, building subject expertise, continuing professional development
