Raspberry Pi Weather Station for Schools

In 2016, the Raspberry Pi Oracle Weather Station programme distributed nearly 1000 weather station kits to schools around the world. With this programme, we aim to give young people the opportunity to partake in cross-curricular computing and science projects that cover everything from embedded IoT and networking protocols to databases and big data.

The Oracle Weather Station include sensors to capture everything from soil temperature to wind speed and barometric pressure. For more information on how the station was developed, check out this blog post.
