Registration for BITW26

Your place at BITW26

Your participation fee of £650 (incl. VAT) covers:

• Accommodation 10–15 May 2026, in a single occupancy room

• Meals and refreshments from dinner 10 May to breakfast on 15 May

• Excursion and awards dinner on the afternoon and evening of 14 May

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your place at BITW26, please email us at bitw@raspberrypi.org. If we are able to reallocate your place, we will refund your participation fee. An administration fee of £100 will be deducted from each refund.

In the event that BITW26 is cancelled, you shall be entitled to a full refund.

We have been able to offer a small number of day delegate places. The details for day delegates can be found here.

By completing your payment for a place at BITW26, you agree that:

• Places may not be transferred, sold or used for any commercial purposes without the prior consent of Raspberry Pi.

• Raspberry Pi reserves the right (at any time) to alter or vary the advertised BITW26 programme.

• In the event that you breach these terms or any of the rules and regulations of the venue, Raspberry Pi reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove you from BITW26 for any reason where necessary. You shall not be entitled to a refund in the event you are refused admission or removed from BITW26 under this clause.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raspberry Pi is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage, howsoever caused, to you.

• Places are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue and in particular the rules relating to your behaviour on their premises.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
