Day delegates for BITW26
We are pleased to offer a small number of day delegate places for BITW26.
Unfortunately, not all aspects of the workshop are included in a day delegate place.
All day delegates will need to provide their own accommodation, breakfast and evening meals.

Day delegate participation fee
Day delegate places for BITW26 costs a fixed fee of £480 (incl. VAT). Payment can be made by card or bank transfer.
Your participation fee covers the aspects of the workshop as outlined above.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your place at BITW26, please email us at bitw@raspberrypi.org by Monday 13 April 2026, to receive a refund. An administration fee of £100 will be deducted from each refund. You will not be entitled to a refund if you cancel your place after Monday 13 April 2026.
In the event that BITW26 is cancelled, you shall be entitled to a full refund.
Terms and conditions
By completing your payment for a place at BITW26, you agree that:
Places may not be transferred, sold or used for any commercial purposes without the prior consent of Raspberry Pi Foundation.
Raspberry Pi Foundation reserves the right (at any time) to alter or vary the advertised BITW26 programme.
In the event that you breach these terms or any of the rules and regulations of the venue, Raspberry Pi Foundation reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove you from BITW26 for any reason where necessary. You shall not be entitled to a refund in the event you are refused admission or removed from BITW26 under this clause.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raspberry Pi Foundation is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage, howsoever caused, to you.
Places are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue and in particular the rules relating to your behaviour on their premises.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Take up your place
If you have been offered a day delegate place, you will have been sent an email, with a personalised link to pay your participation fee.
