Issue #184 - Desktop

Hello everyone!

This week, we released a version of our PIXEL desktop environment for PC and Mac, and there’s even a bootable DVD on the cover of this month’s MagPi magazine. Plus, tickets for Raspberry Pi and Code Club’s fifth birthday party in March are available now – grab yours and help us celebrate!

While school’s out, UK 12- to 15-year-olds have a chance to put together their dream team for Pioneers – don’t forget to register your interest too! – and people anywhere in the world can register for our free online training which begins in February.

If you’re celebrating, we hope you have a wonderful time! Raspberry Pi Weekly is taking a break until the New Year, and we’ll see you in 2017.

Helen
