Google maps script on a Rasp

Wed Jan 21, 2015 9:09 am

Hi.

I got a question from a colleague at work to make the Raspberry Pi work with Google Maps to show of some content on the map itself (waypoints sort of thing). And we both agreed on that it would be a good thing if we could make the Pi update the map itself (when we occasionally make changes to it) and also zoom in on the various waypoints scattered around the map to show it in greater detail where the location etc would be. Does anyone have a good idea for the best way to do this? If it is possible at all that is. We do think we have to make some sort of a script, but that's as far as we have come.

Any advice is most welcome! Thanks!
