And change the title to something meaningful that reflects what you need help with........

But since a 'monitoring database' probably has a couple of thousand interpretations, its not a huge improvement.....

It's one hundred percent meaningless.
Databases are just a funky datastore with a strange arcane language to access the data.
Monitoring might have a datastore.
A database might have a monitoring function.

But as it is right now the OP's question is un-parseable. I wonder if it's the product of Google translate scrambling it from the OP's original language to English via Swahili.
