Does anyone know of an .asoundrc I can drop in ~, or other configuration file to accomplish this?
I can successfully switch between audio devices with sudo amixer cset numid=3 <0 (auto-select), 1 (headphone), 2 (hdmi)> and hear the test sounds come out either device.
I've got a shiny new Raspbian Wheezy Raspberry Pi model B+ and intermediate knowledge of Debian. I've just never configured alsa before.
