stuck at setup

Hi, I am a beginner about raspberry pi. I have a raspberry pi model B. My SD card is kingston SDHC 16GB, it is not a new one, but I have format it using SDFormatter before use it. I also have download the NOOBS zip file from the raspberry pi website , extract it and copy into the SD card.While i set up the pi, It stuck at the first stage of set up. It take a long time to load a stage call 'Formatting setting partition'. Then, it show a error box which write 'Error writing RlscOS blob'. How can i solve it? Thank you

All advice will probably come down to "reformat the SD card and try again." But I think it is worth asking whether you intended to install RiscOS? (No reason why you should not make that choice, but it isn't most people's first choice of Operating System.)

Thanks for your reply, is it only way to solve this problem? Do you know what is cause this problem?
