Dear friend.
After the first use of an SD card on it, you receive 1 FAT partition just 56Mb! Perhaps the problem is that you need before formatting the card using Raragon Partition delete all partitions from the card SD, and then create a partition and format it in FAT

That is to be expected. From the announcement of the latest release of NOOBS on the Raspberry Pi Foundation Blog -
Finally, to free up SD card space, the offline NOOBS package now only contains the Raspbian archive. To install Arch, Pidora, OpenELEC, RaspBMC or RISC OS you will require a network connection.

All the information is on the RPF Website http://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads ;)

Regards Noobs the latest version only includes Raspbian Wheezy.

You need to be connected to the Internet and use the Other Operating System Option, unfortunately the instructions are still out of date and myself gave up with Noobs and install each OS on a seperate SD Card

OpenELEC?

Just read the documentation.

https://github.com/raspberrypi/noobs/bl ... stallation

In short - connect your RPi to the network, select OpenELEC from the NOOBS 'console', and click on Install.

I think you have overlooked the first step. (Or you do not have a working internet connection for your RPi.)

If NOOBS does not have a working internet connection it will not offer you the opportunity to install additional Operating System over a network connection.
