Dial up Provider

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for some help / advice,

Basically what i want to accomplish is to have a USB modem attached to the Pi, and with a different device be able to dial into the raspberry pi via the modem, and have it answer the call and provide internet from the Pi's Ethernet. I have no idea if that made any sense.

Ive tried searching as much as i can but pretty much every result is about using the raspberry pi to access dial up internet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
