Cannot Resolve Hostname

Help! Really Stuck here, when I try to browse the internet i get this: Cannot resolve hostname (www.google.co.uk)
Beginner to raspberry pi will be happy to provide you with details from LXTerminal.

First make sure you have a routed connection

ping 8.8.8.8


Then set your dns to that
