I temporarily "fixed" it by unplugging the mouse, and now it's started doing it with the keyboard -- I'll be merrily typing away when all of a sudden it'll behave like a key is stuck, then I'll get the same message as before, but with device 5. It's unlikely to be a power issue (it all worked fine with Squeeze) so I'm stumped.
