hello everyone
as i built a Apache,proftpd servers and i also installed 3g huawei dongle when ever i connect iam getting an IP address using that IP iam able to browse my server and its content ...but when it came to proftpd it unable to connect via 3g dongle ...........with wired (eth0)proftpd is working tx &rx but why its not worinkg with 3g Huawei data card.....

If you are trying to connect to your 3G dongle from another system you will fail unless you have previously setup a facility with your Mobile Network Operator to enable the allocation of a fixed routable IP to your 3G dongle. Normally the Dongle gets an unroutable IP address via NAT and as these addresses are private they cannot be seen from the outside Internet.
You usually have to get you own APN (Access Point Name) and a leased line link into the MNO to make this work. It is not a cheap option.
