no. the PI cannot be easily connected to raw lcd panels, it can be, in the future, connected to some specific panels with the announced DSI connector panel interface board, but not with just any random panel, even then.

You can't use the display screen, but if the tablet works and if it will run the apps, you might be able to use it with the Pi.

You could install and ssh terminal program and log in to the Pi over a WiFi network.
You could install a vnc client/viewer app to view what the Pi writes to X-Windows desktop.
You could install RaspiCamera app to access a Pi camera.

Other options for cheap screens:
2.8" TFT connected to SPI on the GPIO.
Cheap used DVI monitor from eBay (~£20)
7" TFT with HDMI adaptor/driver board (~£40)

Is there any driver board I could get? The tablet works no more.

If you know the Manufacturerer and Model of the Panel then you could Google or Ebay for a LVDS Panel,
but they have to be compatible there are no generic LVDS Boards. If you find one expect to pay £30.00 to £40.00
The information is out there....you just have to let it in.

The only number on the LCD is 20000938-00 on the flex cable.
