Keyboard not working. It sis a little then just stopped.

Could be a power issue. Measure the voltage between TP1 and TP2. It could be that you just blew the fuse and have to wait a few days for it to recover.

what RPI ? A B or b+
what power supply - make and model
what power lead
what is plugged in

Not very likely. A tripped polyfuse denies power to the complete RPi, not just the USB ports.

What sort of keyboard. Simplest wired, wireless, gaming, etc ?
What are the other symptoms? If you have a mouse, is it still working? If optical, does its LED come on?
Is ethernet still working?
What OS?

Let me rephrase. You may have a problem with your fuse. Had it happen to me and if there is too much resistance, then the voltage will drop under 4.75
