Reloading start menu

Hi just received my first raspberry pi
I have loaded the standard os from the start menu,which worked fine,
I now want to return to the start menu to load the xbmc os ( thats assuming it's from there that I load the xbmc from ? )

Please help.....

If you are using NOOBS, press the shift key while booting up and the interface will come up to select the OS of your choice.
Because it keeps on working, don't make it right.

If you are using the Noobs operating system chooser software, then you must install your choices of operating system at first install

You can not add or remove operating systems sometime in the future.
Rather than negativity think outside the box !
