Preordering question

Hi guys. This is my first time here Yesterday i received an email from farnell that i can place my preorder for the rasberry. It redirected me to the export.farnell.com where i putted all the payment data for making the preorder. After accepting the terms and conditions i clicked Submit Order and it redirected me to https://export.farnell.com/jsp/home/exportHome.jsp I didn't selected Romania ( my country ) after that. Is the preorder sent or i need to make it on the romanian site to? I didn't received any confirmation e-mail that i have made the preorder. Thanks in advance

You really need to email Farnell to find out the status of your preorder.

Unfortunately, your statement where you said " I didn't selected
Romania ( my country ) after that." did not translate well, so it is a bit confusing what you mean.

You could always place a second preorder, but if you do not want a second raspberry pi, that might not be such a good idea if the first order actually went through. Remember to check your spam folder. These companies use a lot of different names and there might be a confirmation there under some alternate domain name used by Farnell.

They are not supposed to let people order more than one, so a second order might not result in a double charge, but their computers have been so inconsistent about orders, I am not sure. Others may know more. The other possibility is if you try to place a second order and it is refused because there is already one in the queue for you, then you will know your preorder did work.

Thanks. I tryed to make the preorder again and now it worked. After putting all the details i got this

Thank you for ordering via the Farnell web site.
and i received a confirmation email. First time two days ago when i clicked place order after putting the details didn't happend this. Hope in a few months i will have it.
