should work -
be advised that class 6 may be better [see faster] for small block writes [what you need when running linux]

getting a 8GB preinstalled noobs [say from the swag shop] will be cheep and fast

as your in the UK [from the amazon.uk link you provided] then £1 is not a lot ... [get 2 or 3?]

if your not in the UK then any micro sd card from a local shop? class 4 or better ..
or if you want to buy from online than that one is fine ...

I want to be sure that the micro sd is compatible because there is not in this list: http://elinux.org/RPi_SD_cards
If you are sure that what I linked is compatible, I buy that...

If it is a genuine Samsung SDCard then it will work. My RPi is currently booted from a Samsung 8GB card.

Recently I've started using "ADATA 16GB Premium Class 10" cards, and Pi's with those seem "snappier" than the ones with my other SD cards.

I have not had good luck with Patriot SD cards on the Pi.

Hope that helps.
