RF remote Nexa self learning products?

Sat Jul 05, 2014 9:05 pm

Hi!
I have managed to control some remote plugs (http://www.kjell.com/sortiment/el/el-pr ... are-p50219) with a 433mhz transmitter connected to the GPIO-pins on my Raspberry. Now I would like to control more things with the same transmitter and I am wondering if the Nexa self learning products is in some way controllable? I have bought this one: http://www.kjell.com/sortiment/el/el-pr ... mer-p50297 which is a dimmer that has the "self learning" code system. There is a button on the receiver that you are supposed to push to set it in a learning mode, and then I think that you would send some message to it from a remote... (in my case, the Raspberry)

I read about this project: http://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=26485 and there seems to be a way to control Nexas self learning products, but I want to use my transmitter rather than the mysterious way that the linked project is using. I used rcswitch-pi for my remote plugs, I don't know if rcswitch is also compatible with Nexa self learning, but if it is, what message should I send when in "learning mode"?

Hi.
Have you got it to work with Nexa self learning?
If you have how did you do it?
