SPI with lib pcsc

Hi

I am newbie to raspberry pi. I want to connect the pi with the PN532 nfc/rfid breakout board and read the through java using SPI mode.

I came to know that we can do this by using pcsc library. But i want to confirm that, pcsc is used only with usb readers or can i use it with the above one also?

My guess is that pcsclite dont have SPI support as standard, so you would have to write that part yourself.
