Oracle Client on RPI

Wed Jun 11, 2014 10:57 am

Hi All,

Is there a way to install Oracle 11 Client on the Raspberry Pi. I need it so I can use PhpLib to connect to some Oracle databases.

I see packages for JME, but I don't think they contain the Oracle Client.

Any help would be appreciated.

I tried for Perl and could install libdbi-perl, libdbd-mysql-perl and libdbd-sqlite3-perl. The libdbd-oracle-perl is somewhere else - if it exists at all for RPi. Could be a licence issue.

https://packages.debian.org/wheezy/libdbd-oracle-perl is only listed for x86 architecture, the packages need to be for ARMv6 architecture
