Hello everyone,
I recently bought a Raspberry pi Model B and I'd like to use for various things, including to host a Minecraft server. I've been able to host an online server with the help of tutorials, but the problem is that I'd like to host a normal LAN server that can only be accessed on the network it is hosted on. All information about Minecraft servers on RPi I've found regard making online servers, which is not what I want to do. I'm wondering if anyone here knows how to host a LAN server instead and would be grateful for any help or tips.
If there is no way to do this using the standard minecraft server files for hosting an online server, I was thinking that maybe it can be done by running the normal minecraft through the command line, starting a single player game, and then typing the command "publish" to host the single player world online. If anyone knows how to do this by only using the command line and without GUI, that would also be very helpful.
Thanks
