install desktop client for deluge on Raspberry pi

Greetings,

I have deluged installed on my pi using "sudo apt-get" but I need the desktop client on my pi as well. How do I go about installing it?
Is there another way to install software? I can see three different files one .dsc, another tar.gz and the third tar.gz. I know what a tar file is but have no idea how to unpack it. What is a .dsc file?

How do Install these paccakges? FYI the site is https://pacakages.debian.org/wheezy/deluge
