no, the rpi is low on ram and cpu so adding virtual private servers to it would be silly.

Why don't you simply use the Pi itself as server instead (completely dropping virtualistion) ?
That make more sense IMHO.

From past experience this kind of question usually revolves around gaining access to a site/service that are geoIP (country) locked and the established route to getting past it is to use a VPS, usually in another country and is often a paid-for service. Unfortunately many assume that its the fact that its a VPS that does the magic, when its actually the location of the VPS. The Pi as a VPS won't help at all in this scenario.
Don't judge Linux by the Pi.......
