Raspbmc & Plex Server

Just a quick post to say I have
Plex Media Server ---> http://www.plexapp.com/getplex/
up and running on my home server, and with the
PlexBMC addon -> http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Add-on:PleXBMC
I can browse my movies, TV shows and music really well.

I do have one issue where my 15,000 title music collection seems to crash the Plex server when I open it on RaspBMC but aside from that all good
As a workaround I can just point XBMC at the folder structure and it seems to work.

Downloaded the iphone XBMC remote app and can now control things through that. Superb.

Unfortunately there dont seem to be any skins working for XBMC Eden which have the Plex extensions. Whilst this is a pain they will hopefully come soon.

Have you managed to get your plex server to transcode videos (such as MPEG2) on the fly?

not tried yet, am trying to get the slingbox working first.

Funny thing is that the PleXBMC enhanced skins work on the AppleTV1 and AppleTV2. Don't quite understand why none work on Raspbmc.
