I love the bit when they talk about stressing out the goldfish: "oh, the goldfish are fine as long as we don't move the tank to fast, it won't even leave a ripple".
Throughout the video the water is sloshing about in the tank.
For all we know it may have been a pi running this.

It's not a RPi, the sockets (USB vs ethernet) are in the wrong places on the board

Years ago, we visited an aquarium at Seacombe, Merseyside, which showcased the wildlife in and around the Mersey - crabs, rays, plaice, &c.
One of the exhibits had a tank into which a wave cascaded every 10 seconds or so - very much like what happens when atlantic rollers arrive, close inshore.
The fish in the tank didn't seem to mind - they were probably happy there weren't any seagulls swooping in.
I suppose goldfish aren't used to atlantic rollers
