RunTimeError('Error #2 Waiting for edge')

Hi,

I am using GPIO interrupt and my program runs more than 1000 times in a while loop. But after that it suddenly breaks and gives Run Time Error. Error #2 Waiting for edge. Anyone knows any solution for this? I have already got updated RPi.GPIO and I also use GPIO.cleanup()
