Hi,
Is there any way to use a laptop as an display for the Raspberry Pi (not SSH or VNC)?
I guess one could use a USB video capture device like these from Easycap.
I want to see the video live (as on a TV), not record and play it.

As you suggested, you can use an Easycap to display the Pi's composite output on a laptop. I do so occasionally.
