LXTerminal Shift+Ctrl+C etc. also sends Ctrl+C

Wed Apr 09, 2014 4:11 pm

I have this problem in LXTerminal that is reported here:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugrepo ... bug=689216
It's about Shift+Ctrl+C, Shift+Ctrl+V, Shift+Ctrl+T etc. also sends Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+T. I've also noted that Ctrl+PgDn, Ctrl+PgUp sends extra characters. The most serious bug is Ctrl+C (break) since that stops many programs. There is a work-around by using menus e.g. Alt+E, Y but I use other Linuxes and would like to have the same shortcuts.

Could we Raspbian-users also get the bug-fix as they got in Ubuntu?
Have Pi0&1A&1B&1B+&2B&3B&4B w/ Raspbian. Started w/ BASIC on ABC80&ZX81 then Forth, Z80… https://scratch.mit.edu/users/mobluse/ https://github.com/mobluse/ https://twitter.com/mobluse/ https://YouTube.com/MOBiL4u/
