SD Card error (Advise)

Aloha
Please advise

The board boot up than hangs:
on the Command Line:
[ 2.574478] [<c04.....
PANIC :VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown block(179,5)

Entering kdb (current-)xdaB2ac80, pid 1) due to Keyboard Entry

At the above line the board hangs, mouse/KB are disabled

You need to rebuild your SDCard. The ext4 rootfs is unreadable.
Note: Any requirement to use a crystal ball or mind reading will result in me ignoring your question.

Not sure "how" to rebuild the SDCard
I tried to reformat several times using the SD Formatter but same results?
Is there a tutorial?
I am running Windows

When you used SDFormatter, did you remember to set the format size adjustment option to 'ON'?

Read the Quick Start Guide which is linked from the Downloads Page on the http://www.raspberrypi.org website.

SDFormatter gives you a clean/blank card. You then need to re-instate the NOOBS installer.
