If you're looking for a 'large' case, you might be best off putting all your components into a Mini-ITX case. Should have plenty of space for hard drives and they generally have a few USB ports on the case (some wiring/adapters needed)
I'm using an
Antec ISK110 VESA, which has the added ability to mount behind an LCD (or with a few screws, anywhere you can screw the mount plate down).
I like these cases as they are small enough for Media Center usage, cheap enough for Raspberry Pi cases, and can handle a few 2.5" HDD's and a few extras (Mine has a 120mm cooling fan, 12V relay PCB, Adafruit RTC and a few sensors & LEDs)
