I 'need to create a web interface (perl +cgi), that allows to modify file under "/ etc/file" but I'can't to change it, then I'move it to / "var /www/mysite". under this directory, I'can change the file with my webserver, so how I can do to change it in "/etc"
my webserver is apache2
