Rebuild Kernel to support APM standby mode

Sun Feb 23, 2014 11:11 pm

I need to customize my Pi Kernel to support power down mode, APM /dev/rtc support.
So, I need to rebuild the Pi image.

Is this the way to do it. Any words of advices.

Or I can load in a separate module driver so I can do it without recompile kernel.

The Pi has no IBM-compatible APM support ( no BIOS , remember) and no RTC at all.

• Don't like the board ? Missing features ? Change to the prosilver theme ! You can find it in your settings.
