Program to make an aerial shoot

I am trying to write a program in C/C++ OR JAVA on I want to make an aerial shoot by connecting my pi to a helicopter and transfering it to a laptop using WiFi .Can anybody please help me in writing it.

If you are using the Raspi camera, you already have software for taking video which probably covers most of your requirements - its called raspivid. The source is on the Raspi github.
