Hi,
yesterday i cut with a pair of pliers the capacitor C1 (100 nF) and now the RPI doesn't work...
this is a photo:

What can I do?

What did you go and do that for?

Removing that cap shouldn't have stopped the Pi working, so you may have done further damage
