raspbmc but no add ons from fusion etc

hi im currently running raspbmc on my raspberry pi i have added fusion and xfinity i have navi x on programmes but 1ces added 1channel, icefilms, sports devil, mikey1234, mash up etc they are enabled but when i go get add ons theres nothing there iv force reset this and still nothing, i go back to menu on videos and still nothing there. any ideas on a fix iv tried uninstall the sources and re install but still nothing

have you enagbled themafter in install from zip files google xbmc pdf user manuallinkhttp://download.xtreamer.net/Drivers/Ultra/PDF/XBMC-User-Guide-Rev1.pdf

Yes all sorted now I refreshed the xbmc and seemed to all show up on get more etc
