Can I change the font on my pi??

If it's the console font in the command line you want to change, try...

sudo dpkg-reconfigure console-setup
I know. Not very intuitive, that one, is it? :D

Thanks, I'll try that but I mostly wanted to know how to change the font when I'm on the internet ,and while using a application

For the desktop, window elements etc:
openbox configuration (obconf)
appearance (lxappearance)

Inside browsers or other programs: look for settings or options in the menu (or read the manuals).
