Help. Rookie : damaged addons

Good evening I need your help, Im a long time rookie! I've bought raspberrie to install XBMC but due to my work Ive postpone it for a long time. Now on this Holiday break Im trying to install it again. Ive downloaded the image from the site and install it on to the SD, then I've linked the raspberry to the net, XBMC turns on but theres a repetitive message saying that the addons are damaged. Ive tried to reinstall it but I can not get it right. what shell I do? thaks for your support. And a Happy new year to all.
