Brushless motors along with an H-Bridge can drive the car forwards and reverse with software control via PWM control signal.
Steering uses a servo to move the from wheel to steer.
You'll need a remote control, perhaps using WiFi to control the car.
I realize this doesn't seem very helpful, but it does break down some of the pieces of making your car work so you can now search the forums for each pieces.
