I need to battery power my Pi with 4 AA batteries each one rated at 1.5V. I have been told not to risk powering my pi with 6V, so I have got myself this: http://r.ebay.com/mDRtEV
When it arrived, I discovered they have not labelled which are the input and which are the output connectors, and it does not have a simple red and black connector for each (positive and negative).
I want to know which group of connectors are input (5.5V-26V) and which are output (5V)? I want to know what each connector does (orange, red and brown?)? I want to know which is input positive (to be connected to the battery pack +), which is input negative (to be connected to the battery pack -), which is output positive (to be connected to the Pi's 5V pin) and which is output negative (to be connected to one of the Pi's GND pins)? Thanks for your help! Below is a link to a picture of the UBEC:
