How come SELinux is disabled?
Menu > system > SELinux Troubleshooter: Error message: "SELinux not enabled. sealert will not run on nonSELinux."
/root/anaconda-ks.cfg reported SELinux is disabled:
# selinux disabled (memory requirements)
sed -i "s|SELINUX=.*|SELINUX=disabled|" /etc/selinux/config

/var/log/messages initialized SELinux and then disabled SELinux:
Jun 18 17:58:54 raspi kernel: [ 2.005546] SELinux: Disabled at runtime.
Why is SELinux disabled?
Why are ssh-agent and gpg-agent running when gpg-agent requires SELinux?
/home/user/.xsession-errors:
xfce4-session-Message: ssh-agent is already running; starting gpg-agent without ssh support
SELinux Troubleshooter: Applet requires SELinux be enabled to run.
I haven't used gpg. However, gpg is cached:
/home/user/.cache/pgp-agent-info plain text file: GPG_AGENT_INFO=/home/user/.gnupg/S.gpg-agent:786:1
