I searched around the web for some time and couldn't really find an answer, so my question is; can a nexus 7 display (or whatever tablet/phone) display panel be wired to the Pi? I saw some posts on using a smaller 3'' display, but I was looking for something that had a little better resolution, as well as just a bigger screen in general.
