Also, SD card with NOOB has config.txt and when I powered up , there's nothing displayed except a greenish and blueish screen flashed back and forth.
I suppose to tab the keyboard for 2 to enter but no response when I hit 2 on keyboard.

I guess that @paulie was thinking of this list:

I've had no problems with "cheap & cheerful" wired USB keyboards but the dongles of some wireless devices may draw too much current (depending upon what other USB devices you have plugged in). Avoid those with hubs, flashing lights, bells whistles ... (again may need too much current). W.r.t. to bluetooth devices, I've only tried a bluetooth mouse, so can't comment on bluetooth keyboards. Your PSU should be spec'd at 5V 1000mA ( or better). W.r.t. NOOBS - that can take several seconds to detect and connect to a wireless keyboard - you may find toggling the shift or numeric keys more effective for such keyboards (I was advised by @rdb to do this with a wireless mini-keyboard I have)

Still running Raspbian Jessie or Stretch on some older Pi's (an A, B1, 2xB2, B+, P2B, 3xP0, P0W, 2xP3A+, P3B+, P3B, B+, and a A+) but Buster on the P4B's. See: https://www.cpmspectrepi.uk/raspberry_pi/raspiidx.htm
