how do you disable post approval notifications? [solved]

As the thread title mentions, i would like to know how to disable the notifications you get when the posts you write are approved by a moderator.

If it has already been answered somewhere else i apologize, but to my defense i did try to search for this information first

It seems that after ~ 3 approved messages you are granted permission to spam the forums directly

I don't think you can as it's the mod that decides if you get notified that your post has been approved when they approve it.

Haha i think you were right, i did not get a notification message after post #3 either.
Good thing too, the "new mail" notification sound from my phone and tablet was making me crazy
