Yes. You need to check your profile and turn Summer Time on in Board Preferences.

'The board' doesn't have any permanent clock, so the time is acquired using NTP on boot. Configuring the correct timezone is an obvious requirement

Note that it *is* possible for an internet application (e.g., this board) to know your local time, including DST variations. Many boards do so. Presumably, a future version of this software will do it.
