How to launch the notepad version of Wolfram?

This is very much exciting!
I can get the standard command-line version of the engine going just fine, but what about the graphical notepad version?
Sorry for the stupid question - hoping to show it off to a bunch of 4th graders in 2 hours.

In order to start the application from the Linux command line, type:
$ wolfram
To start Mathematica, type:
$ mathematica

Launching it in the background will return you to a shell prompt (freeing up the terminal for continued use):
$ mathematica &
(you don't type the dollar sign, of course)
raspberrypi.stackexchange.com --- mathematica.stackexchange.com
