So I finally got it to work. The lilliput device is actually recognised as a tablet device rather than a touch screen. So

I tried that "SwapAxes" thing. With the newest raspbian as well. But doesn't seem to have any effect. My touch screen is a lilliput device. Maybe it's different in some way?
