Gpio kit where to get cheaply

I am looking for a gpio kit that is cheap around €20 and has a connector to connect to bread board,and a servo a voltage regulated also
can you run a servo straight from the gpio pins or do you need a board

For a breadboard connector - if you don't want to work with individual connections to the P1 header - I suggest Googling for 'raspberry pi cobbler'. (It has no active components, it's just a connector that some people find convenient.)
