Hi txt3rob,
I will release the python client to use the lcd + keypad soon.
The actual client is the web interface on the left side of the video.
In the video I show how to control the FruityWifi using the lcd + keypad.
I added the web interface on the left side to show the changed status off the services and modules in FruityWifi.

Follow the project on Twitter for updates @FruityWifi =)

I too am having difficulty. Specifically, I can't get the wireless to start when I click "start"

Above is a screenshot of my dashboard. eth0 is a standard Ethernet connection to the internet, wlan0 is a TL-WN725N USB/wifi dongle.

I had to install some drivers to get the wifi dongle to work, could that be the issue? I've modified my /etc/network/interfaces to match yours, but still have no luck.

Any help would be great, thanks,

Howdy...
Would love to get FruityWifi installed and working.
Running latest Kali on Raspberry and trying to get FruityWifi 2.0 installed and working.
It seems it installs but has problems when it gets to the webserver part and starting services.
When done , can not go to webserver in browser because service is not running.

Let me know what log files to post. (maybe a install log file?)

Thanks

Hi FruityRocks, please update to the latest version. FruityWifi has different [AP] modes (Hostapd and Airmon-ng). Realtek chipsets are not supported by Hostapd, so you need to use Airmon-ng mode. Please note that if you use Airmon-ng mode, you will lose some functionalities like Karma and/or Mana.
If you have any problem with the setup, please open an issue on FrutiyWifi GitHub.
